Do I need to share/talk?
No, we will have a "rule of passing." You always have the option to pass, but will you get the most out of each session by participating. This is an opportunity to support one another, learn, and make positive changes.
What if I need to miss a week?
Every week will be recorded. The link will only be shared with women in the group who missed the session. All conversations during meetings are private and kept confidential. (consent form will be signed)
Is there accountability?
Yes and no. You will be encouraged to make a weekly goal but it is all up to you. You will be given tools to help you progress and succeed. You are the expert in your own life and we are there to support you.
How many women in the course?
4 - 8 (research proves women supporting women is very powerful & most beneficial in this size group)
