Christy's themed yoga classes are sure to inspire, motivate &/or educate you on and off the mat. With weekly themed classes, you are sure to constantly experience something new. Christy's classes are a blend of vinyasa flow & hatha, holding some poses, breath work, and a splash of Pilates & fitness strength moves. Leave feeling renewed, opened, energized, strong, & grounded.
Pilates classes strengthen all the muscles that attach to the spine. Pilates is a flow movement class with inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth, drawing the naval to spine. Christy loves to use the Pilates ball and occasional dynabands as tools to help engage more muscles. By the end of class, you will feel taller, leaner, & more flexible.
