Christy brings enthusiasm, fitness/health education, support, motivation, energy, and individual attention to every program. Your program will be tailored for you based on your needs and goals. Every workout is different, offering new challenges and learning opportunities on how your can modify your workouts to prevent your body and mind from getting bored. You will have fun and work hard while meeting your fitness goals!


LOCATION OF TRAINING


Personal training is online OR Christy’s Home Studio located by Union & Blossom Hill in San Jose, CA. 

(1  street over from Los Gatos)


*If you want to train in another location, let me know. There will be a small traveling additional fee. 


TYPES OF TRAINING SERVICES

  • Women’s Overall Health whether you want to lose weight, gain strength, increase flexibility, or make a personal fitness/health goal
  • Wellness Coaching Mixed with Personal Training that will inspire, motivate & educate you one step at a time so you can realistically meet your goals. 
  • Pilates strengthening the core & overall body toning 
  • Yoga strengthening, breathing focus, & increase flexibility, meeting you where you are & taking you to where you want to go on & off the mat
  • Aerial Yoga whether you want to stretch, gain strength, or play on the hammock (with possibly hanging upside down), you are bound to find something you love about it.
  • Buddy Training or Mini Group women exercising together is not only fun, but keeps one another accountable, while motivating and lowers the cost of a training

24 HR POLICY

If a client contacts the trainer over 24hrs before the scheduled appointment, there will be no charge. If a client cancels within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment, they will be charged the full appointment for the session.

If the trainer needs to cancel and/or reschedule and contacts the clients more than 24hrs before, there will be no changes in the fees. If the trainer cancels under 24hrs, the clients will receive a free session.

If a buddy cancels more than 24hrs ahead, the other person may still come and pay an extra $20 for that day and have a one on one training instead.

Price based on type of training & # of sessions.

PREFERED PAYMENT:  VENMO @Christy-Li-4  or ZELLE, OTHERWISE PAYPAL. (CREDIT CARD IS NOT A CURRENT OPTION.) 

1 hr Sessions:
Individual: $110 single session OR 

$500 for 5 pack OR $1,020 for 10 pack
Buddy: $65 each 

3 Women: $55each
4 Women: $45 each
*All sessions Includes weekly individual goal settings and accountability check-ins. If group is 3 or more, session will be 1 hr 15 mins (the extra 15 mins is for coaching on wellness goals, not movement)
