Mommy & Baby Pi-Yo Play® classes combine a very unique blend of Pilates, yoga, and singing while you bond with your baby. You and your baby will play and learn as you sing Nursery Rhyme songs, explore movement, practice massage, explore new objects and observe other babies. Your baby will enjoy modeling your movements and listening to your voice. After every session, you will leave with a S.M.I.L.E (social support, mindful exercise, ideas for playing with baby, loving memories, and energy). Exercises and poses are performed both with and near your baby. Mommy & Baby Pi-Yo Play trainings are a unique, one-of-a-kind experiences that will bring you and your baby closer while assisting you in your recovery from childbirth.
Intended for babies 6 weeks – 9 months old (early stages of crawling). No prior yoga or pilates experience required.
After Christy became a mother in 2006, she decided it was time to fulfill her dream of owning her own business. She was ready to use her knowledge and experience to build a business focused on helping moms like herself stay fit. Christy had attended and observed several mom and baby yoga sessions, but she always felt that something was missing from these classes. Christy combined her expertise in Pilates and yoga with her own signature ideas to create a new kind of program and Pi-Yo Play® was born! Pi-Yo Play® focuses on motivating and educating women on how to manage fun effective fitness routines within their busy lives and as their children grow from babies to adulthood.

What can you expect from the weekend training:
Training open to personal trainers, instructors, teachers-in-Pilates and/or yoga training, moms with 3 years or more experience in Pilates and/or yoga.
